Monolith are industry leaders in brick slip systems, manufacturing a diverse range of systems and finishes which are suitable for a wide variety of construction types. All of our products are tried and tested for both internal and external use.

Brick is a popular finish for many UK construction projects due to its traditional appearance that can change the aesthetics of a building depending on the colour and texture.

Following thorough testing by a leading UK construction certification body, Warrington Exovafire, Monolith’s BrickPlus: Pro product has achieved A2 Non-Combustibility accreditation when applied directly onto Mineral Fibre Insulation.

Benefits of Mineral Fibre Insulation include:

High Resistance to Fire

High Resistance to Microbiological Attacks

Acoustic Advantages

Natural Moisture-Resistance

A first in the construction industry and one of Monolith’s core products, BrickPlus: Pro is a lightweight, pre-populated panel, integrating twelve high-quality Monolith brick slips into a strong, non-combustible mesh. The panelised system speeds up installation whilst maintaining a consistent joint for a quality finish on any project.

Edd Wilson, Monolith’s Sales & Marketing Manager said:

Further test data on our already trusted system really instills confidence in the contractor/end-user, we have already seen great success with the launch of our BrickPlus: Pro system, primarily onto ICF (Insulated Concrete Formwork) due to our previous test data being tailored for such. This new accreditation allows us to explore the marketplace and become involved in new and exciting projects utilising mineral fibre insulation.

As BrickPlus: Pro is made from a high-quality composite mortar material as opposed to cut bricks, Monolith can replicate essentially any colour, finish and texture in a lightweight slip format to allow suitability and design flexibility on any project.
